Community Wellness Initiatives
In addition to the symposium, community organizations are actively promoting health and wellness through various screenings and programs. A recent partnership between the New Beginning Community Christian Church and the Choose Healthy Life initiative is also making waves.
The program offers essential health screenings to participants aged 18 and older, measuring vital health indicators like blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Participants will not only gain valuable health insights but also the first 100 testers will receive grocery boxes, and there are financial rewards for churches and organizations encouraging member participation.
Furthermore, on March 29, the public can take advantage of these invaluable community resources and health screenings. More information can be found by contacting 912-239-7653 or visiting local community websites.
