Broward Health has announced the appointment of Donald Eachus as the new president of the Broward Health Foundation.
Leadership and Responsibilities
Eachus will lead the foundation’s fundraising efforts, major gifts, annual giving, special events, and all capital campaign initiatives.
Previous Experience
Most recently, Eachus served as the director of development for the Memorial Foundation and the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation. In that role, he managed the daily operations of the Development Department and collaborated with board members on various fundraising campaigns.
Before his tenure at Memorial, Eachus was the director of development for the Broward Public Library Foundation, where he built strong relationships with foundations, corporations, community partners, and potential donors.
Educational Background
Eachus holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
