Bringing Health and Wellness to Northern Kentucky
Rebecca Goldrich and Andrea Lawrence aimed to share their passion for health and wellness with the Northern Kentucky community through their new venture, Elite MedSpa.
Services Offered
Located in the Union Promenade development in Boone County, Elite MedSpa provides a variety of services including laser facials, laser skin tightening, chemical peels, vegan spray tans, IV drips, and microneedling.
Understanding Client Needs
“For us, if we just look at your face as a canvas, we want to get that as great as possible so that you look so much more natural,” Goldrich stated.
Experienced Team
Both co-owners have backgrounds in healthcare; Goldrich served as an operations manager for private practices, while Lawrence has nearly 18 years of nursing experience. They emphasize the importance of clinical expertise in their staff, which includes nurses and licensed skincare professionals.
Innovative Technology
Elite MedSpa stands out due to its significant investment in technology. They are the only spa within a 150-mile radius to feature the Cartessa Aesthetics Glimpse machine, an LED light skin analyzer that uses AI to predict skin progression.
“People love it,” Lawrence shared. “They’re like ‘I can’t believe I haven’t done this before.’”

Inclusive Care
Goldrich is committed to providing treatments suitable for all skin types, a principle she refers to as skinclusive care. She shared her past struggles with treatments that did not cater to her skin type.
Grand Opening and Future Plans
Elite MedSpa opened its doors on July 11, hosting a grand opening ceremony that attracted hundreds. Despite being the only business in the Union Promenade, Goldrich and Lawrence are optimistic about their vision for the future.
“For us, that has been a struggle for people to know that we’re here, we’re open, we’re glad to take care of you,” Goldrich explained. They are actively working on marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Conclusion
Goldrich and Lawrence are dedicated to helping clients feel confident and beautiful, emphasizing the importance of inner healing alongside outer beauty. “I love to be able to help people and make a difference,” Lawrence concluded.
