RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – August is National Wellness Month, and the Sanford Center for Aging reminds seniors of their year-round free health and wellness classes designed to enhance the well-being of older adults in our community.
These classes cover a variety of topics, from physical fitness to chronic disease management, aiming to empower seniors with the knowledge and tools necessary for healthier, more fulfilling lives.
