TriState Wellness to Host Free Prediabetes Education Class
CLARKSTON – TriState Wellness is excited to announce a free prediabetes education class scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2025. Individuals are encouraged to RSVP as seating is limited.

According to health data, approximately 98 million Americans are currently living with prediabetes, a condition that can lead to serious health issues such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. The upcoming Prediabetes Education Class will cover essential topics including making healthy lifestyle changes, maintaining these changes, and improving insulin resistance.

The Registered Dietitian Nutritionists at TriState Wellness provide a variety of health and wellness programs tailored to help individuals achieve sustainable lifestyle changes.
