Rising Women’s Health Trends Uncovered
In a time when personal wellbeing takes center stage, an insightful report by FemAging Project reveals significant trends in women’s health and wellness. This study, conducted by health futurist Fard Johnmar, paints a picture of the evolving landscape concerning women’s focus on self-care and overall wellness.

Search data has become a crucial tool in understanding societal shifts, especially those that pertain to women. Over recent months, the analysis of search queries has painted a striking portrait of growing interests surrounding self-care in women. Key areas of focus include:
- Overall women’s health
- Self-care for female entrepreneurs
- Wellness practices for women over 50
Remarkably, global searches related to these self-care topics have surged by an astounding 600% from December 2024 to 2025. This spike raises an essential question: What lies behind this growing trend?
According to a recent Bayer survey, a remarkable 89% of women in the U.S. practice at least one self-care method. Similarly, 94% commit to integrating healthy habits like regular exercise, hydration, and dietary supplements into their daily lives.
Among the most notable discoveries is the increasing prioritization of self-care among female entrepreneurs. A Wells Fargo report highlights that women-owned businesses now make up 39.1% of all enterprises, translating to over 14 million businesses that collectively generate $2.7 trillion in revenue.
Equally significant is the focus on women aged 50 and above, where discussions center around mental wellness and healthy living. The 2023 FemAging study identified key health concerns for women between 40 and 65, emphasizing the prevalence of mental health priorities, wellness, and sleep health.
Continued exploration of women’s health trends through online searches has culminated in the new report titled 20 Surging 2024 Women’s Health, Wellness and Beauty Trends. This report addresses compelling questions such as:
- What nutrition strategies are women using during menopause to tackle common symptoms?
- Why did searches for a particular beauty tech solution soar by 17,000% in 2024?
- What emerging behavioral health conditions are women particularly concerned about?
- How are women addressing healthy aging?
