Orcas Community Resource Center Hosts Free Health & Wellness Fair
The Orcas Community Resource Center invites island residents to attend their upcoming Health & Wellness Fair, a free community-wide event connecting neighbors with essential health resources and wellness services to promote a healthier lifestyle.
The fair is set to take place on Tuesday, April 1st, from 1 PM to 4 PM in the Resource Center courtyard. This family-friendly event will offer a variety of activities, including relaxing personal chair massages for attendees on a first-come, first-served basis, informative demonstrations on health tonics, and complimentary hot tea and coffee.
‘We’re excited to bring together local health resources in one accessible location,’ said a representative from the Resource Center. The event aims to help community members explore wellness options while enjoying a relaxing afternoon.
Families are encouraged to visit Coates Cabinet to check out the special Kids’ Table, which will be available rain or shine, providing engaging activities for younger attendees.
