Experts recommend focusing on water consumption except during intense activities or hot weather.

Time-restricted eating has emerged as another popular tactic for weight loss. Recent research from Spain indicates that those who fast overnight and have an early breakfast display a lower BMI compared to those who consume late dinners and skip breakfast.

With the array of options available, individuals are encouraged to carefully consider their approaches to weight loss and wellness in the new year.
