We are dedicated to supporting the well-being of the Mountain View community through free yoga sessions that promote physical health, mental balance, and overall wellness. We invite you to participate in one or more of these complimentary sessions, where you will have the opportunity to explore the rejuvenating benefits of yoga and meditation.

This session will offer simple yet powerful practices for improving mental health, bringing clarity, joy, and well-being. You will learn:

  • Nadi Shuddhi: A yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological well-being.
  • Isha Kriya: A powerful meditative process for health, dynamism, and well-being.
