After 11 years in conventional nursing, Sabrina Valsvig, RN, felt compelled to explore the realm of preventative and functional medicine. “I noticed a lot of lifestyle factors that led to chronic diseases many patients had, and it made me curious as to what working on the other side of the healthcare spectrum looked like,” Valsvig shared. This curiosity coupled with her nursing background drove her to team up with Megan Flemming, a nurse practitioner who saw the same need within the community, becoming Elevate’s medical director.

Within the first month, Elevate received an overwhelmingly positive response, a trend that has continued. Their offerings have expanded from vitamin and hydration therapies to include medical aesthetics and weight loss services.
One of the standout treatments is the Myers’ Cocktail, described by Valsvig as an IV multivitamin that enhances immune function and assists in muscle recovery. Elevated’s menu also features immune boosts and injections of B12, NAD+, and GLP-1.
