Introduction
A new wellness center is offering a variety of treatments and services aimed at keeping people in top form.
Unique Therapies
Each room inside the family-owned Integrated Wellness Center located in Cortland offers unique therapies to restore the mind and body.
Cryotherapy
The cryotherapy chamber, a treatment often used by athletes, plunges people into freezing temperatures to stimulate blood circulation and reduce inflammation.
BrainTap System
For mental fitness, the BrainTap system uses light and sound to enhance brain function while promoting relaxation.
Red Light Therapy
The owners, Joe and Becky Liguori, say the center’s Red light therapy bed can help in more ways than one. “It helps anywhere from skin and anti-aging and collagen boost to soft tissue or bone inflammation and pain,” Liguori tells 21 News.
Other Treatments
From compression therapy, which reduces muscle soreness and prevents swelling, to the sauna dome that helps with weight loss, the owners say they have confidence in each treatment they offer.
Research and Equipment
“We’ve done a lot of research, and [not only] just a lot of research on the benefits and the studies of everything, but the right equipment as well. And we use it ourselves, so we feel the benefits,” Liguori says.
Pricing
The price for Cryotherapy, compression and Red Light therapy, and the Sauna Dome starts at $39 per session. Membership packages are available.
Conclusion
With a range of innovative treatments, the Integrated Wellness Center in Cortland is setting a new standard for health and wellbeing.
