Ingredients for Mediterranean Chicken Patties

  • One can of chicken
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 egg

How to Prepare

To create the patties, mix all the ingredients together and form them into patties. They should be baked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Green suggests using fresh chicken for a more flavorful option. This recipe yields about five patties.
