This year, DTDC has raised its Group Accident Insurance coverage by a significant 400 percent, recognizing the increased risks associated with peak festive demand. This adjustment serves as a proactive measure to provide a robust financial safety net for employees and their families.
The firm has also launched a health and eye check-up program that services over 11,500 employees. Health camps are organized at various branches and hubs to ensure all employees have access to essential health services.
To foster a healthier and more motivated workforce, DTDC has rolled out various reward programs that acknowledge staff efforts during the Diwali season. These include an annual bonus and a performance-driven delivery incentive program designed to inspire employees to deliver timely and exceptional service.
Moreover, an attendance bonus has been introduced to recognize employees’ commitment throughout the festive period. DTDC has also initiated a Biker Referral Scheme, encouraging existing employees to refer new delivery associates to support the company’s expansion during the busy season.
