Heirloom: A New Addition to Downtown Westfield
WESTFIELD – Anastasia Harrison, owner of local architecture and design studio AHD&Co, has launched a new venture: Heirloom, a bespoke home concept store that officially opened its doors on April 4th.
Located beneath the AHD&Co offices at 112 Elm St., Heirloom artfully combines design aesthetics with modern functionality through a diverse array of furnishings, gifts, and curated design experiences.
A Unique Approach to Home Design
Bridging the gap between bespoke interior design and curated retail, Heirloom offers an extensive selection of customizable furnishings, lighting, antiques, rugs, art, linens, and home gifts. The store showcases seasonal vignettes to assist customers in visualizing their designs in styled living environments.
Anastasia Harrison stated, ‘Every piece tells a story, reflecting the beauty of craftsmanship and the art of creating a home that is as unique as the people who live in it.’ She encourages people to ‘discover design with purpose at Heirloom,’ whether they are designing from scratch or refreshing an existing space.
Collaborations with Local Artists
Heirloom seeks collaborations with local artists, makers, and small businesses. Notably, Ricardo Roig of Roig Collection is working with Heirloom to provide a custom collection of exclusive artworks. Roig is a contemporary fine artist whose work has been displayed in various prestigious venues.
Additionally, Michelle Weintraub, a local health and wellness expert, offers a line of handcrafted candles made from all-natural ingredients.
A Community Resource Hub
Beyond retail, Heirloom aims to be a resource hub and networking venue for the local community, designers, and architects. The store plans to host professional programming events, from industry talks to collaborative workshops, fostering community engagement and innovation.
Store hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
