Join the Qigong Workshop in Providence

When: Saturday, May 17 | 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Qigong is a gentle yet empowering movement practice aimed at strengthening vital energy known as qi. Similar to tai chi, it is typically practiced slowly while standing, making it easy for beginners.
The workshop will begin with about an hour of standing Qigong practice, followed by a session on self-acupressure points. Chairs will be provided as needed. The session concludes with a brief meditation, either seated or lying down, during which participants will receive a mini meridian massage on their arms and hands. Attendees are encouraged to bring a mat or blanket and wear loose-fitting clothing.
