
Well Wisconsin Helps You Achieve Wellness from Within
A little reflection can make a big difference. Looking within and thinking mindfully can help you feel happier, sleep better, lower your blood pressure, and more! During the Wellness from Within challenge, participants can live more mindfully by focusing on different aspects of emotional well-being each week, including:
- Week 1: Awareness – Focus on your goals and values by taking a tech break. Join the Well Wisconsin Radio interview with Alexis and spend time journaling.
- Week 2: Expression – Explore new creative outlets through cooking, poetry, or painting. Participate in events like Knitting with Kayla and Cooking with Jen.
- Week 3: Regulation – Employ meditative breathing techniques to manage emotions effectively. Attend mindfulness sessions with the Well Wisconsin team.
- Week 4: Relaxation – Dedicate time for relaxation and join yoga sessions to unwind.
- Week 5: Connectedness – Reconnect with loved ones. Tune in to the Well Wisconsin Radio interview focused on social connections.
- Week 6: Reflection – Review the challenge and identify personal strengths and areas for growth during ‘Reflection through Journaling’ sessions with Julie.
Visit the Well Wisconsin portal to sign up for the challenge by April 23. Participants can register for sessions and classes listed on the ETF Events page. By participating for at least 21 days in the 42-day challenge, individuals can earn credit toward the $150 Well Wisconsin incentive.
