Cosmic Egg Wellness now offering pre and postpartum doula services, classes, yoga in downtown Round Rock
Located in downtown Round Rock, Cosmic Egg Wellness has recently opened its doors, offering a variety of services aimed at supporting women throughout their different life stages. Owner Carolyn Lane, a seasoned doula with over a decade of experience, has created an inviting space that encourages connections and wellness.
The studio provides not only doula services for women during prenatal and postnatal periods but also offers yoga classes and childbirth education. Lane envisions Cosmic Egg as a safe haven for women to bond with others in their community.
With a small apothecary featuring goods from local vendors, Cosmic Egg Wellness embraces a holistic approach to health and wellness. Lane expressed her desire to facilitate a multigenerational community, saying, ‘We used to be so village-oriented, where the young would learn from the old, and the old from the young.’
‘What I want to do is bring that connection back,’ she added. Lane is also dedicated to providing resources for nursing mothers in downtown Round Rock.
A grand opening will be held in June, making this an exciting time for community members looking to join a supportive environment for learning and growth. The studio opened in early March and is located at 106 Harris St., Ste. 100, Round Rock.
