Participate in the Health, Wellness, and Resource Survey
Champions of Youth Ambitions (C’YA) is taking a proactive step toward community health by sponsoring a Health, Wellness, and Resource Survey targeted at individuals aged 18 and older. This survey aims to gather insights on what resources and wellness initiatives the community would like to see, ensuring that the upcoming event meets the needs of its participants.
The information gathered will not be used for identifying individuals, as C’YA is committed to ensuring the privacy of respondents. The primary goal is to create an enriching experience at the Health, Wellness, and Resource Fair scheduled for May 3, 2025, which will cater to all ages and provide valuable resources.
