Join the Community for a Day of Rejuvenation

The Interactive Health and Wellness Fair is set to bring the Pinole community together for a remarkable experience focused on health and wellbeing. Scheduled for April 27, 2025, this free event promises to be both informative and engaging, featuring a variety of activities including classes and local vendors.

What to Expect

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in free classes, showcasing different aspects of health and wellness. The schedule includes:

• 12:15 PM & 2:15 PM: Zumba classes led by Phoenix Dance Fit

• 1:00 PM: Yoga sessions conducted by Hearts Alive Yoga

• 3:00 PM: Meditation practices organized by Light Within

In addition to these classes, local vendors will be present to sell and promote their health and wellness products, providing attendees with resources to enhance their personal wellness journey.
