YWCA Westfield Forms Partnership with FeedMore WNY to Enhance Community Health

Community members engaging in healthy food choices

WESTFIELD – YWCA Westfield is proud to announce a new partnership with FeedMore WNY aimed at bringing fresh, locally grown, and affordable produce to the community.

Starting in April, community members can buy fresh fruits and vegetables every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at YWCA Westfield, situated at 58 S. Portage St.

The Farm Market will accept credit, debit, cash, and SNAP benefits, with on-site assistance for those interested in signing up for SNAP. This initiative intends to enhance access to healthy food options and provide essential resources for families in the Westfield area.

‘We are thrilled to bring FeedMore WNY to YWCA Westfield,’ said Stephanie Stevens, Executive Director of YWCA Westfield. ‘Access to fresh and affordable food is essential for a healthy community. By making locally grown produce available in a convenient location, we are helping families make nutritious choices while also strengthening our mission to support health and wellness.’

YWCA Westfield’s initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to promote well-being, strengthen food security, and connect residents with vital resources.
