Your Guide to Healthy Living: Spring into Health Event
This Saturday, March 22, the Spring into Health event will take place at the Randolph Community Center, located at 1639 State Route 44. Running from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., this free event seeks to promote wellness among farmers and gardeners in the area.
Sponsored by Sarchione Chevrolet and Randolph Massage and Wellness Center, the day will feature various expert speakers sharing their knowledge and expertise.
Keynote Speaker and Topics of Discussion
Klass Martens, a farmer with over 50 years of experience managing 1,600 acres in New York, will deliver a keynote address titled What the Weeds are Telling Us from 3 to 5 p.m. Other presentations will include:
- Jennifer White from Portage Parks discussing Nature and Healing
- David Stotler who will cover Pruning Apple Trees
- Sonya Barker and Melanie Mills-Juhasz addressing Spinal Health
- Ruth Davis who will speak about All About Herbs
