Wellness + Helfaer Recreation Facility Opens
Marquette University is excited to announce the opening of its new Wellness + Helfaer Recreation facility on Monday, January 13, at 7 a.m. This facility combines various health and wellness services, providing students with easy access to fitness centers, medical services, and wellness promotion.
The first 500 students to visit the center can enjoy some special giveaways, including a free “I opened the Wellness + Helfaer Recreation Center” T-shirt. In addition, visitors can indulge in stickers, cookies, and hot chocolate, making the opening event not only informative but also enjoyable.
Facility Features and Schedule
The Wellness + Helfaer Recreation facility will encompass a variety of fitness and recreation spaces and will be home to the Marquette University Medical Clinic, the Center for Student Wellness and Health Promotion, and the Counseling Center.
During the spring semester, the fitness and recreation spaces will operate on the following schedule:
