Gulfport Community to Celebrate Art for a Cause
Gulfport is gearing up for an exciting evening as the 3rd Annual Art for a Cause Exhibition opens its doors on January 3rd from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This vibrant event will feature an opening reception with live music by Jim Gilmour and special guest BanJoey, making it a must-attend for art lovers and community supporters alike.
An Impactful Exhibition
The Art for a Cause event is a juried exhibition that invites artists to showcase their work while supporting causes they are passionate about. Judged by Keith Matter, editor and publisher of The Artisan Magazine, the exhibition also allows participating artists to donate a portion of their proceeds to their chosen causes.
Following the opening reception, the exhibition will be open every Saturday from January 4th to January 18th, between 11 AM and 4 PM each day. This initiative not only highlights the talents of local artists but also fosters a spirit of community engagement and charitable giving.
