OneZone Chamber of Commerce Unveils New Logo and Programs for Future Growth
The OneZone Chamber of Commerce revealed its new logo and announced upcoming programs during the “Member-Bration” luncheon held on December 11 at the Forum Events Center in Fishers. This event marked a significant moment, celebrating nearly ten years since the Fishers and Carmel chambers merged to create OneZone.
Jack Russell, President and CEO of OneZone, addressed a large crowd of chamber members, highlighting the organization’s expansion into Northern Hamilton County over the past decade. With the ten-year anniversary approaching, Russell felt it was an opportune time to refresh the logo.
Russell stated, ‘We’ve not only created a new brand, but also new messaging, new communication of what we want to look like and what this looks like forward. This is the new us. This is what we will look like for the next 10-plus years, and we’re so excited to share that with you.’
The new logo features a stylized “Z” that incorporates colors and shapes representing Hamilton County’s landscape, including the White River and a covered bridge. Alongside this visual refresh, OneZone is introducing several new programs aimed at enhancing member services.
Among the initiatives, the chamber plans to lobby the state legislature on issues identified by local business leaders, with child care being the top priority. Other areas of focus include disability employment, mental health support, and workforce training in collaboration with local schools.
Furthermore, OneZone has revamped its membership structure, introducing a new tier called the “Connect membership,” which will be available at no cost to local charities with 25 or fewer full-time employees. Russell remarked, ‘We want to make sure that you are at the table here with us.’
Continuing its tradition, OneZone plans to maintain popular programs such as monthly Eggs and Issues and OWN meetings, while revamping Caffeinated Conversations into a format described as a “morning master class.” Russell emphasized, ‘These classes and these opportunities… are going to give you actual, tangible pieces that you can take back to you with your business.’
OneZone is also set to launch a leadership institute in partnership with Ball State University, aimed at providing professional development. With a growing interest in luncheons, the chamber plans to schedule more of these gatherings to foster member engagement.
