Margaret SiJohn Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Marimn Health

PLUMMER — Margaret SiJohn has been appointed as the new chief operating officer of Marimn Health, the Plummer clinic announced in a Tuesday news release.
SiJohn will oversee all medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health operations, along with clinical operations, quality improvement, and patient experiences at the Marimn Health Medical Center.
CEO Janice Jordan expressed enthusiasm about SiJohn’s leadership, stating, ‘We are thrilled to welcome Margaret to our leadership team. Her deep knowledge of the community and her experience in tribal leadership make her a valuable addition to our team.’
A member of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe, SiJohn brings significant experience in tribal leadership and management to the organization. She will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of the clinic, navigating the increase in healthcare services provided to nearly 9,000 Native and non-Native patients on the Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservation.

Prior to her new role, SiJohn held key leadership positions within hospitality and management at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel. Currently, she is serving her second term on the Coeur d’Alene Tribal Council, and she holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University along with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Idaho. SiJohn officially assumed her role on November 26.
