Make plans to attend the first quarterly meeting of the Tulsa County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) on January 2025. Community partners across Tulsa County will gather to address data-identified health priorities and take action! This meeting will focus on stress and mental health.

About Tulsa County CHIP
The Tulsa County CHIP is a long-term initiative aimed at systematically addressing public health challenges based on the findings of the 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This five-year plan will develop action plans to improve critical health areas, which include stress and mental health, chronic disease risk factors and management, and healthy, affordable housing.
