Gear up for excitement with our Youth Flag Football League at North Park Sports Complex, designed for kids ages 5-13. The league features practices and games structured around three age groups: 7U (ages 5-7), 10U (ages 8-10), and 13U (ages 11-13). Teams will be coached by parent volunteers and players will be provided T-shirts (no metal spikes allowed). It’s the perfect setting for young athletes to thrive.
