Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley highlighted, “Obesity rates in some ZIP codes within Milwaukee County are higher than the national average. We know that many health disparities are exacerbated by race, socio-economic factors, geography, access to healthcare, and other inequities. This new initiative, the Milwaukee Bucks Health and Wellness program, will help address some of these disparities and provide much-needed services to those in need.”
