Rochester, N.Y. — Students and families raised awareness for the necessity of health screenings and exams.
Saturday was the annual Health and Wellness Fair held at School No. 50 in Rochester.
The fair is named after the principal’s late mother, who died in 2022, from what the principal attributes to not seeking preventive care.
The event aims to educate people on medical institutions and raise awareness of the necessity of preventive screenings.
