Why Join This Meditation Session?
We are dedicated to supporting the well-being of the Mountain View community through free yoga sessions that promote physical health, mental balance, and overall wellness. - Nadi Shuddhi: A yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological well-being.
- Isha Kriya: A powerful meditative process for health, dynamism, and well-being.
